Meet our newest employee:
We're pleased to offer a big RainStorm welcome to Joel Mahaffey, the newest addition
to the RainStorm team. Joel is the helpful technical support guru who will most
likely answer the phone and help you through any question or concern you might
have when you contact us. He's also a web developer who keeps client websites
flourishing with his skills in development, graphic design, and search engine
optimization. In addition to his work with RainStorm, Joel is also a Certified
Pet Dog Trainer who is proud to work with some the area's best dogs and their
owners.
Recent client success stories:
On June 2nd, the Maine Family Literacy Initative (MEFLI) welcomed First Lady Barbara Bush to its annual awards ceremony in Biddeford. Mrs. Bush presented more than $300,000 in grants to literacy programs throughout Maine on behalf of the Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literacy.
During that same ceremony, MEFLI unvelied its all-new website, designed and hosted by RainStorm. The new MEFLI website features news and events powered by NewsStorm, grant information and downloads, and a custom installation of ReviewStorm, grant-tracking software enabling the organization to track and process grant applications.

programmer Jeremy Knope was honored as Maine's Technology Innovator of
the Year at the
annual TechMaine (formerly MESDA) gala awards ceremony. Jeremy was selected
from among numerous nominees for his contributions to SiteTurbine

In April, RainStorm's two programmers Jeremy Knope and Matt James earned the status of Zend Certified Engineer- the highest industry certification for PHP professionals. Jeremy and Matt are now 2 of just 3 Zend Certified Engineers in all of Maine. RainStorm is proud to have two of the state's most qualified programmers on our staff and ready to meet your needs.
