New Maine Adult Education portal brings thousands of affordable courses online
In this challenging economy, learning new skills can be a tremendous advantage in your current position-- or in your search for a new job. With the launch of the all-new Maine Adult Education portal at http://www.maineadulted.org, Maine people now have an easier way to search, view, and register for affordable adult education courses across the state.
Read about some of the site's features below, and see for yourself at MaineAdultEd.org.
Features: Maine people can search over 3,000 courses, view course details including interactive maps, and register for courses online at one of over 80 local adult education websites. Each local website includes course listings, news, and online registation.
Results: In just the first four months since launch, more than 48,000 Maine people have visited the portal and program websites, registering for over 1,000 courses online.

Next time you contact RainStorm by phone, you'll likely speak with our new Office Manager, Nicole St. Pierre.
Nicole organizes and coordinates office operations. She is responsible for the billing processes of the company and she also assists with technical support.
She is a recent graduate of the University of Maine, receiving her BA in Psychology with a minor in Business. Nicole currently resides in Bangor, Maine.

All-new SpruceRun website
We're excited to announce an all new version of the Spruce Run website online at http://www.sprucerun.net. Bangor advertising firm J Group provided the graphic design and content development, while we built the site and provide hosting.
Features of the new site include vastly expanded content and information on Spruce Run mission of ending domestic abuse, as well as a news section, online donations via PayPal and online contact forms.
The site is powered by open-source software WordPress, making it easy for Spruce Run staff to manage the website themselves.
